Usage Guidelines
  • Wearing glass materials such as goggles (including snorkeling masks) is prohibited.
  • Wearing accessories like earrings, glasses, and rings is prohibited.
  • Please store valuable items in the locker; we are not responsible for any loss.
  • Customers under 120cm in height, those under the influence of alcohol, and elderly individuals (65 years and older) are not permitted to ride.
  • Please cooperate actively with the safety staff.
  • We are not responsible for any accidents caused by customer negligence.

Wave Pool

Usage Guidelines
  • Wearing a hat is mandatory in the pool. (Only swimming caps, baseball caps, or head coverings that completely cover the hair are allowed.)
  • Children under 120cm in height must wear a life jacket and be accompanied by a guardian. (Children should always stay within arm's reach of their guardian.)
  • Please wear a life jacket at all times. (Usage is not allowed without a life jacket.)
  • Diving or jumping into the pool is prohibited.
  • Individuals under the influence of alcohol, pregnant women, and elderly persons (65 years and older) are not allowed to use the pool.
  • Individuals with cardiovascular diseases, circulatory disorders, epilepsy, or spinal issues (neck/back) are not allowed to use the pool.
  • The use of water toys such as tubes, snorkels, and fins is prohibited.
  • Use of the area with a depth of over 1.8 meters is prohibited.
  • When using the wave pool, stay away from the walls to avoid collision risks.
  • Inappropriate physical contact and actions that inconvenience other customers are prohibited.
  • Please actively cooperate with the instructions of the safety staff.

Cross Activity

Cross the stepping stones on the water using the rope!
