How do I obtain admission tickets?

When do I use the locker key?
The locker key can be used for both the shoe locker at the entrance and the personal locker inside the sauna. Please be sure to check your locker number printed on the admission ticket when you enter.
Where are Cheongsudang and the Spa?
Cheongsudang can be accessed through a separate entrance from the men’s/women’s sauna on the 5th floor. The spa is located on the 6th floor.
Are there any dress code restrictions for using Cheongsudang on the 5th floor and the Spa on the 6th floor?
The Cheongsudang open-air bath on the 5th floor allows entry with Spa clothes or swimsuits. The Spa on the 6th floor only permits entry with Spa clothes. It is convenient to bring your own swimsuit for use.
Are spa clothes and towels provided free of charge when using the spa?
Towels: One towel per person is provided free of charge for customers with an integrated ticket or spa ticket. (No towels are provided with water park tickets. Additional rental fee: 1,000 KRW per towel)

What items are prohibited inside the facility?
For safety and a pleasant environment, the following items are not allowed inside CLUBD OASIS
Food, picnic mats, all glass products, snorkeling equipment (including snorkel masks), fins, diver masks, pets, large inflatable devices (over 1m in width or length), strollers, wagons, carts, and other wheeled carriers.
What are the clothing restrictions and regulations?
For certain indoor activity facilities, designated attire must be worn; otherwise, use may be restricted.
Body slides: Use may be restricted if wearing rash guards, swimsuits with metal or plastic hooks, leggings/T-shirts (any material), swimsuits with metal parts, beach pants, or wrap skirts.
Navigator: Use may be restricted if wearing swimsuits with sharp decorations, earrings, necklaces, piercings, bracelets, hats, glasses,
or sunglasses, as they may cause injury. For your safety, please follow these rules.
Is it mandatory to wear a hat and aqua shoes?
In the lazy river and wave pool, wearing a hat is mandatory. Acceptable hats include swim caps, baseball caps, and sun hats. However, sun visors with only a brim are not allowed.
Wearing aqua shoes is also mandatory inside the water park. Only aqua shoes designed for water activities are permitted. Crocs, dress shoes, sneakers, sandals, slippers, and flip-flops are not allowed.
