Refund Policy
- Cancellations/refunds can be made up to 1 day prior to the reserved date of entry.
- Cancellations/refunds cannot be made for tickets on or after the date of use.
- For refund and cancellation inquiries for other online purchases, please contact the customer service of the place of purchase.
- For credit cards, payment approval will be canceled within 3-5 days after the cancellation is completed, and the exact date of cancellation can be confirmed by contacting your credit card company.

- Cabanas are operated by reservation, and if it is not reserved, you can also make a reservation on site.
- Cabanas are for 2/4 people and should be used according to the assigned number of users.
- Please be punctual for the convenience of customers who reserved the facility.
- After the previous customers exit the facility, cabanas and Myun Yeok Gong Bang require about 30minutes, respectively, to clean and prepare them.
- Reservation cannot be cancelled on site, so please strictly follow the reservation schedule.
