Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the reservation, purchase, payment, cancellation, refund, and use of tickets and services provided online by YIDO CLUBD HAEUNDAE Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). By purchasing a ticket, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms and the facility rules.
Article 2 (Services and Tickets)
The Company provides online reservations, ticket sales, admission to the water park and spa, event reservations, discount benefits, and related information. Ticket type, validity, available facilities, usage time, and restrictions are shown on the product page and ticket. Tickets may not be resold or transferred for profit.
Article 3 (Operating Hours and Admission)
Operating hours and available facilities may change due to weather, safety inspections, maintenance, events, capacity limits, or other operational circumstances. Admission may be restricted for safety, public order, health, intoxication, prohibited items, or violation of facility rules. Such changes will be announced where reasonably possible.
Article 4 (Price and Payment)
The applicable price is the amount displayed at the time of purchase. Customers must provide accurate purchaser and payment information. A reservation is completed only after payment authorization and issuance of a reservation or ticket number. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and eligibility documents may be required at admission.
Article 5 (Reservation Changes and Cancellation)
Changes and cancellations are subject to the conditions displayed for the purchased product. A change may require cancellation and repurchase. Products tied to a specified date, time, event, promotion, external platform, or limited inventory may be restricted from change or cancellation. Customers are responsible for checking the reservation details before payment.
Article 6 (Refunds)
Refunds follow applicable Korean consumer laws and the cancellation policy disclosed at purchase. Payment-provider processing time may apply. No refund may be available after use, expiry, unauthorized duplication, or where the customer is removed for violating safety or facility rules, except where required by law. If the Company cancels or cannot provide a paid service, it will offer a refund or reasonable alternative according to law and the applicable product policy.
Article 7 (Customer Obligations)
Customers must follow staff instructions, safety notices, dress and equipment rules, age/height/health restrictions, and other posted rules. Conduct that threatens safety, causes disturbance, damages property, infringes others’ rights, or involves fraudulent payment, ticket alteration, or unauthorized commercial activity is prohibited. The customer is responsible for accompanying minors and persons requiring assistance.
Article 8 (Personal Belongings and Lost Property)
Customers must safeguard cash and valuables and use designated storage facilities. Lost property is handled under the Company’s lost-property procedure and applicable law. The Company is not liable for loss caused by the customer’s negligence except where the Company is legally responsible.
Article 9 (Liability and Service Interruption)
The Company is liable for direct loss caused by its intent or negligence as provided by law. It is not liable for loss caused by the customer, third parties, force majeure, telecommunications failure, or unavoidable safety and operational measures, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Article 10 (Privacy, Intellectual Property, and Disputes)
Personal information is processed under the separately presented consent and Privacy Policy. Website content and trademarks may not be copied or commercially used without authorization. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution; unresolved disputes will be handled by the competent court under Korean civil procedure law.
