years old and younger) are not allowed to enter.
Guests who are already in the facility should follow the instructions of the safety personnel. - Children: 36 months to 12 years old / Adults: 13 years

(The adult rate will be applied to middle school students and older) - Ticket is valid for admission to CLUBD OASIS and the amusement facilities.
- Toddlers under 36 months are free with proof of age.

Guidelines
- Foreigners cannot sign up for Internet membership, and tickets can be purchased on-site.
- Please remember and follow rules and notes on the webpage for safe and pleasant use.
- If there are many guests, you may need to wait due to “admission limitation” to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Opening hours and facility operation may vary depending on the site conditions. Please check related information in advance.
- The facility and vendor are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by resale or purchase from unauthorized vendors.
- For your safety and enjoyment, the following items are
prohibited.
- Food, mats, anything made of glass, snorkeling equipment
(including snorkeling goggles), flippers, diver masks, pets,
large water toys (more than 1 meter long and wide), strollers,
wagons, and carts (wheeled transportation).
※ In addition to the above items, we may ask you to remove or store any items that may compromise guest safety and pool hygiene.
- Food, mats, anything made of glass, snorkeling equipment
(including snorkeling goggles), flippers, diver masks, pets,
large water toys (more than 1 meter long and wide), strollers,
wagons, and carts (wheeled transportation).
- All outside food and drink are prohibited. Please store
your food in the food storage.
- Please inform the staff of special dietary needs, such as baby food and food for customers with eating disorders (e.g., allergies).
- All alcoholic beverages are prohibited upon entry, and alcoholic beverages sold in the facility are only available in designated areas.
- When you use internal experience facilities, you must wear
the designated clothing according to the characteristics of the
model to fully use the facilities.
- Body Slide: Rash guard, swimsuits with metallic or plastic hooks, leggings, T-shirts (regardless of material), swimsuits with metal attachments, beach pants, and wrap skirts are restricted.
- Tube-type slides: Clothes that could cause bodily injury, including swimsuits with sharp ornamentation, earrings, necklaces, piercings, bracelets, hats, eyeglasses, and sunglasses, are restricted.
- To ensure safety, guests with infectious diseases are not allowed.
- Children and older adults may be restricted from using some amusement facilities due to the risk of injury.
- In accordance with the Enforcement Rules of Article 4, Paragraph 7 of the Public Health Control Act, males and females who were 4 years (48 months) or older are not allowed to enter the bathroom and changing room together.
- Those who have consumed alcohol or whose action is harmful to others are not permitted to enter, and their use may be restricted.
- Guests with excessive tattoos that may be offensive to others may be restricted from entering or using the facility. Please wear outerwear or follow the instructions of the staff.
Precautions
- When using the waterpark, swimsuit material clothing must
be worn.
- Specialized water sports wear, such as wake pants and rash guards, can be worn as well.
- You may not be permitted to enter the water in street clothes.
- You must wear something that can completely cover the hair, such as swim caps, baseball caps, and bandanas.
- Please wear aqua shoes for your safety in the waterpark. Please refrain from wearing flip-flops, sandals, etc. for water hygiene.
- Swimwear is sold at the Aqua Shop (5th floor), but swimwear rental service is not available.
- Children under the age of 10, the weak, and older adults must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Please warm up before playing in the water.
- Playing in the water is physically demanding, so be sure to take a 10-minute break after playing for 50 minutes.
- If your body temperature drops, get out of the water immediately, wrap yourself in a towel to keep warm, and take a break. Alternatively, stay in a warm room.
- Life jackets must be worn to use Wave Pool. All guests under 120cm tall must wear a life jacket to use any facilities.
- The facility is not responsible for swimsuit damaged while using the slide and accidents caused by a guest’s negligence.
- According to Article 153 of the Commercial Code (Liability for Valuables), the company is not responsible for theft or loss of valuables that are not stored in the safe depository.
- Sunbed rentals are only available on a first-come, first-served basis on site.
- Group discounts are available for 20 or more people. It cannot be combined with other discounts or affiliate cards.
- Please do not dive for your safety.
- Please do not run and walk slowly as it is slippery inside. Please pay special attention to the safety of the children you are accompanied by.
- If you have an issue such as epilepsy, skin disease, heart disease, blood pressure, hypothermia, pregnancy, and menstruation, please refrain from playing in the water. CLUBD Oasis will not be held liable in the event of an accident.
- Infants under the age of 3 should wear a waterproof diaper or a special swimsuit for infants. (Available at the Aqua Shop)
- If you lose your locker key (electronic key), please report it immediately to a staff member. If you lose it, you will need to pay the loss fee (KRW 25,000).
- Lost items can be kept for 1 month and will be disposed of afterward.
